We've been on the wrong end of 3 blowouts this year. Only once did I feel there was poor sportsmanship.
My feeling is that score does not determine sportsmanship. When we're losing by 20, because the other team is 20 runs better, but they're still laughing, having fun, encouraging our good plays and good hits, that is good sportsmanship, regardless of the score.
When we're down by 20, and the other team is sliding into 2nd to disrupt a double play, arguing an umpire's call at 3rd, and razzing each other from the dugout for not turning a double into a triple, that's where it gets dicey.
Scoring more runs than your opponent shouldn't be the issue. It's how you treat them while you score those runs.

Straight from the GHCSL site "GHCSL is a Christian based community league that PUTS SPORTSMANSHIP AND SAFETY AHEAD OF COMPETITIVENESS AND RECORDS. Our goal is to provide a healthy environment for exercise, fun, and extension of fellowship outside of church doors. It is an outreach ministry that welcomes guests and friends of church members."
Mark 5: 14-16
14 “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.
