As the 2012 regular season nears completion, I want to clarify how tie-breakers will work concerning tournament seeding. If 2 teams only have an identical record, their head-to-head results will be compared first. If they played one game against each other, the winner of that game will win the tie-breaker. If they played two games against each other, if one team won both games they will win the tie-breaker. If they split the games, it will default to our second tie-breaker which is average run differential. This stat can be found on the website on the far right side. This will also be the tie-breaker used if more than two teams have an identical record.
