Chris, I'm a little confused on the ASA Non-Approved bat list...are these bats that are ASA certified but not allowed in our league? I see that the Miken Ultra Freak is on there but that bat is ASA certified.
Also, could you do a check for me Chris. Last year on my competitive rec team I played on in a USSWA league...I used a bat called the Miken Bomber...I dont see it on any of the not allowed lists...is it allowed? If you could certify that for me, it would be great as I loved the bat.

the non approved bat list is in fact those that have an ASA approved stamp on them but are not or are no longer certified and legal to use for one reason or another. the official ASA reasoning is as follows.
This list depicts the previously ASA certified bats that failed an ASA sponsored field audit
if your bat has an ASA approved stamp then i do not see why you can not use it
